By accessing or using rAIs Studio ("Service"), a product of Isometrica Experiences Pvt. Ltd. ("Rectangled," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms supplement the general terms available at rectangled.io/terms-of-use.

2. Description of Service

rAIs Studio is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses:

• Analyze customer reviews and feedback
• Generate social media content using artificial intelligence
• Create and customize post images
• Publish content directly to connected social media accounts
• Schedule and manage social media posts

3. Account Registration

To use rAIs Studio, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

rAIs Studio operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when using AI features:

• Review Analysis: 5 credits
• Generate Post Ideas: 3 credits
• Create Post Content: 2 credits
• Generate Post Image: 10 credits

4.2 Payment Terms

• Credits must be purchased in advance
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Credits do not expire unless account is terminated

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided. For details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Social Media Integration

5.1 Third-Party Platforms

When connecting social media accounts (Meta/Facebook/Instagram), you:

• Authorize us to access and publish content on your behalf
• Confirm you have authority over the connected accounts
• Agree to comply with each platform's terms of service
• Acknowledge we are not responsible for third-party platform changes

5.2 Platform Requirements

To publish to Instagram/Facebook, you must have:

• An Instagram Business or Creator account (not personal)
• A Facebook Page connected to your Instagram account
• Admin or Editor role on the Facebook Page

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (reviews, images, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a license to:

• Process your content to provide AI services
• Store content necessary for service operation
• Display content within your dashboard

6.2 AI-Generated Content

For content generated by our AI:

• You receive a license to use generated content for your business purposes
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
• We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or non-infringement
• You should verify generated content complies with applicable laws

6.3 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate or publish:

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory material
• Sexually explicit or violent content
• Spam or misleading information
• Content violating third-party platform guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Rectangled and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• We are not liable for content published to third-party platforms

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rectangled from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay for purchased credits
• Infringe intellectual property rights

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited. You may request data deletion per our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
